I love smoothies. I love that they’re portable, full of nutrients, they’re quick and easy to make, they require little equipment and just a few ingredients. I also love that you can bulk up a smoothie to make it more of a meal or keep it simple for a light snack. The avocado in this recipe adds a creamy and filling aspect but with the pineapple and mango as the stars, this Hawaiian Avocado smoothie is sure to make you feel like you should be sipping it in the sun on a secluded beach in Kauai.

####Hawaiian Avocado Smoothie
Prep time: 10 minutes | Serves 1
2 cups spinach<br>
½ cup frozen pineapple<br>
½ cup frozen mango<br>
Ice, as needed<br>
Coconut water (or coconut milk), as needed (no sugar added)<br>
1.) Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, then serve.
