Balsamic Roasted Chicken

This Balsamic Roasted Chicken is a great weeknight meal. It’s extremely simple and takes very little time to whip up. The meat soaks up the flavor of the marinade pretty quickly, so you don’t have to let it sit for very long. The flavor kind of reminds me of a tangy teriyaki sauce. I hope your family enjoys this as much as mine did! <center> ``Quick tip: Try using chicken breasts sometime!`` ####Balsamic Roasted Chicken Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 25-35 minutes | Serves: 3-4 </center> ####<b>Ingredients:</b> 1½ pounds chicken thighs<br> ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar<br> 3 tablespoons maple syrup<br> 1½ tablespoons dijon mustard<br> 2 tablespoons olive oil<br> ½ teaspoon oregano<br> ½ teaspoon basil<br> ½ teaspoon salt<br> Freshly ground pepper, to taste<br> ####<b>Directions:</b> 1.) In a ziplock bag, combine all the ingredients and mix until the chicken is evenly coated. Place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to marinate. 2.) Preheat the oven to 425° F. Drain the chicken and place in a 9×13” baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the temperature of the chicken is 165° in the center. Serve with roasted or sautéed veggies of choice.
