Deviled eggs and guacamole are simple appetizers that you will find at just about any potluck or party and everybody loves them! These Bacon Guacamole Deviled Eggs combine the best of both worlds, eliminating the need for chips, making them a more nutritious and low carb option. These are also great for breakfast or lunch! I usually have a few alongside a salad or sautéed veggies for a meal that’s light and quick. Be sure to give them a try the next time you need to bring an appetizer to a social gathering or want to try something new for breakfast or lunch!

####Bacon Guacamole Deviled Eggs
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 6-8
12 hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half
1 avocado, mashed<br>
½-1 tablespoons lemon juice<br>
1-2 tablespoons red onion, minced<br>
1-2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped<br>
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste<br>
Garlic powder, to taste<br>
Hot sauce, to taste<br>
1-2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled<br>
1.) In a bowl, combine the egg yolks with the mashed avocado and lemon juice, then stir in the red onion, cilantro, salt, pepper, garlic powder and hot sauce. Taste and adjust the seasoning, if necessary.
2.) Spoon the filling into the egg white halves, top with crumbled bacon and serve.
