Learn How To Make 7 Meals In 7 Minutes
This AB & J Smoothie reminds me of just about every child’s favorite sandwich…peanut butter and jelly! This is a great gluten-free option and it packs the same tasty flavors we all know and love. I had almond butter on hand but peanut butter works just as perfectly if that’s what you’d prefer or have in your pantry. There’s no need to cut the crusts off in this recipe, just grab a straw and enjoy!
```Quick tip: This makes great popsicles! Just double the batch, pour into popsicle molds and freeze!``
* Although it is not specified in the recipe, I only use ingredients that are organic and/or GMO-free. I believe this is the healthiest way to eat and encourage everyone to do so as much as possible. It is a more expensive way to eat but it is worth every penny!
