This AB & J Smoothie reminds me of just about every child’s favorite sandwich…peanut butter and jelly! This is a great gluten-free option and it packs the same tasty flavors we all know and love. I had almond butter on hand but peanut butter works just as perfectly if that’s what you’d prefer or have in your pantry. There’s no need to cut the crusts off in this recipe, just grab a straw and enjoy! <center> ```Quick tip: This makes great popsicles! Just double the batch, pour into popsicle molds and freeze!`` ####AB & J Smoothie Prep Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 1 </center> ####<b>Ingredients:</b> ½ cup frozen strawberries<br> ¾ cup frozen raspberries<br> 1 frozen banana<br> 1-2 tablespoons almond butter<br> ½-1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt<br> Unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk), as needed<br> Ice, if needed<br> ####<b>Directions:</b> 1.) Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding as much almond milk as needed to reach the desired consistency. Pour into a glass and serve.
